Some of the world’s top stars are opening up about the biggest life lessons they’ve learned (so far).

In the season 5 trailer for Oprah’s Master Class, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson promises to tell a story his mother doesn’t know, while Ellen DeGeneres reveals the one lesson she’s learned over and over: “I don’t know nothing.”

Other stars opening up for the trailer, which Entertainment Weekly debuted exclusively Friday, include Jeff Bridges Patti LaBelle, Robert Duvall and James Taylor.

Things get emotional, as even The Rock is brought to tears as he says, “Nothing like a good cry.”

Oprah Winfrey says the goal of the show is “to let your life be a lesson for other people.”

The stars all share their takes on what they’ve learned, and Bridges uses a bowling analogy worthy of The Big Lebowski to sum up life.

“My experience in life is strikes and gutters. It’s just highs and lows,” says Bridges.

Taylor puts it this way: “You need the person you want your children to be.”

Oprah’s Master Class season 5 premieres Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on OWN.
