Nyle DiMarco may have won Dancing with the Stars and America’s Next Top Model, but there’s one prize still up for grabs – his heart!

The 27-year-old told PEOPLE Now that he is not currently dating anyone: “I am very single. A relationship is not a priority of mine. But I’m hoping soon enough.”

DiMarco also went on to explain what three things he looks for in a partner.

“They have to be independent,” he said. “They have to believe they can do their own things. Communication, I think that’s most important. And outgoing as well. I like how I’m an outgoing person.”

DiMarco previously described his sexuality as "fluid" when responding to a fan question about his preference on Twitter. DiMarco added a link to an Everyday Feminism article in the tweet.

“For a person to know and accept their sexuality as fluid, they must be self-aware,” author Jarune Uwujaren writes in the piece. “Because a person may prefer men right now doesn’t mean that will hold true for the rest of their life.”

After Tuesday’s series finale of the ABC reality dance competition, DiMarco told PEOPLE he has big plans for the next few months.

“I’m hoping to take a vacation,” the blue-eyed beauty said. “I think that’s the one thing I need the most. These past three months have been a lot of work, but I need a vacation.”

DiMarco also commented on his rumored reality show, telling PEOPLE Now: “I would like people to see how I work with people as a deaf person. How I’m able to interact with people. Really I just want a show that would follow my career and that’s a great way to educate the public about how they can work with deaf people in this world.”

He already has one celebrity viewer – Gayle King! The CBS This Morning star met DiMarco at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and revealed he inspired her and that she was rooting for him in the dancing competition.

He recalled, “I thought ‘Wow! Someone as big as her who actually watches me and my work.’ I was really honored by that. And at that point I realized how many people watch.”
