Nikki Bella Tells Artem Chigvintsev 'You Look Good' as the 'DWTS' Duo Reunites for Lunch Date

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev evidently had chemistry in the ballroom — and now, the Dancing with the Stars duo has it off the dance floor as well.

More than a year after Bella was eliminated in 2017 from season 25 of the ABC reality dancing competition series, she and DWTS pro Chigvintsev reunited for a lunch date.

And from the looks of it, they were very happy to see one another.

“Today I’m meeting Artem for lunch, and Artem was my Dancing with the Stars pro. The last time I saw Artem I was in a relationship for so long, so I’m just really excited to see him today,” Bella, 35, said in an E! News clip of Sunday’s Total Bellas episode.

While competing on DWTS, Bella was was engaged to John Cena, who popped the question in April 2017 on live TV during a couple’s wrestling match. But nearly six months after her time on DWTS came to an end, so did her engagement to Cena — just weeks before their wedding date.

They reconciled and split a few more times, but in July, she confirmed that she and Cena had parted ways for good in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.

Now, the distance between Bella and Chigvintsev appears to have made their hearts grow fonder.

Upon seeing one another for the first time in a long while, they embraced as he told her, “it’s been ages.”

After sharing a big hug, Bella wasn’t shy about complimenting her former dance partner.

“You look good,” she told him.

“A lot’s happened since I’ve seen you last, which has been like a long time,” she added, presumably alluding to her split from Cena.

“Yeah, it’s been a while,” he replied. “You’ve been traveling?”

“A lot,” she said with a smirk as he flashed a megawatt smile.

Earlier this month, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the DWTS partners are dating.

“They’ve been spending time together for a long time, but it’s nothing serious right now,” another insider told PEOPLE of the couple.

“They have a strong attraction to each other, but they’re just having fun,” said the insider. “They’re both extremely busy with their own careers, so they spend time together when they can.”
