Nikita Costars Lyndsy Fonseca and Noah Bean Tied the Knot — See the Exclusive Photos from Their Wedding!
Congratulations are in order for Lyndsy Fonseca and Noah Bean!
The Nikita costars tied the knot on Oct. 2 and PEOPLE has exclusive details — and photos! — from the couple’s big day.
Fonseca, 29, wore a lace-embroidered wedding gown from designer Sabrina Dehan for the couple’s outdoor wedding while Bean, 38, donned a charcoal suit by Ted Baker.
Sprinkled with hues of purple flowers from Brambles & Bittersweet, — including a flower crown for the bride — the TV couple said “I do” in front of 160 guests at Saltwater Farm Vineyard in Shonington, Connecticut, which is not far from Bean’s hometown of Mystic.
For the ceremony, which was conducted by one of one of the couple’s best friends and combined poetry, humor — two of their friends acted out a scene that the couple did on Nikita — and readings from Jewish and Buddhists traditions, guests watched as the bride and groom said their personalized vows — they were 12-line poems beginning and ending with the same lines but different in between — underneath a chuppah that was built by Bean from the trees on his late father’s property in Massachusetts.
After Fonseca and Bean said their vows among the vines and walked down the aisle together to an acoustic version of “Here Comes the Sun,” guests enjoyed a cocktail hour that featured Coppola wine and an avocado station. During the main course, guests were served a vegetarian, locally grown meal from A Thyme to Cook that included a vegetable, chick pea and couscous dish, naan bread and hummus, and later enjoyed wedding cake that was baked by a friend of the couple.
Held indoors on the winery, the couple’s reception included dancing to live music from Boston band Ripcord. The couple, who danced to “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” for their wedding song, even put on a show during their big day when Fonseca revealed that she wore tap shoes under her white gown and did a dance for the onlooking attendees!
Celebrity guests at the wedding included Melinda Clarke and Aaron Stanford from Nikita, as well as Aly Michalka, Jennifer Westfedlt and Jeremy Strong.
“Best day ever,” Fonseca shared on Instagram after her big day.
After tying the knot, the couple traveled to Portugal for their honeymoon.
