The Bachelor's Nick Viall is ready to give love a shot on reality tv one last time

Though it’s not his first, second, or third time searching for “The One” on national television, Nick Viall is optimistic this will be his last.

PEOPLE can exclusively reveal the stud’s first promo poster for his stint as The Bachelor.

“I’m hopeful I’ll find someone to spend the rest of my life with,” the next leading man of The Bachelor previously told PEOPLE. “I couldn’t be more excited to find that amazing connection.”

“I don’t want to pick someone because they’re the last woman standing,”added Viall, 35. “My biggest fear isn’t necessarily getting my heart broken. It’s not finding the right one.”

Though the two-time Bachelorette runner-up and Bachelor in Paradise alum has had his share of fantasy dates, Viall admitted that they’re not his priority.

“It’s fun to be on an adventure date, but sometimes there is less communication and to me that’s the biggest focus,” says Viall. “I’m sure the dates will be a lot of fun. But I didn’t want to be the Bachelor so I could go bungee jumping!”

Being his fourth shot at love, Viall explained why he was happy with the way things panned out in the past.

“It’s frustrating that there is this idea that I was always a bridesmaid, never a bride kind … It’s not fun knowing that people know me as the guy who professed his love for two women on national TV, only to realize that they probably weren’t the ones for me. But I’m actually really happy with the way things played out,” he previously told PEOPLE.

The Bachelor returns Jan. 2 on ABC.
