'Bachelor' Nick Viall Reunites with Ex-Girlfriends Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe in 'Awkward' Sit Down

Viall came face to face with his past on Monday, reuniting with former Bachelorettes and ex-girlfriends Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe in a highly uncomfortable after-show chat

Nick Viall’s past is coming back to haunt him.

Nick Viall made his debut as The Bachelor on Monday — his third time on the franchise after near marriage proposals on two different seasons of The Bachelorette and a summer on Bachelor in Paradise. But while this season of the hit ABC romance competition series may be a fresh start for Viall, it didn’t take long for his past to come back and bite him.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live‘s For the Right Reasons after-show special, the 36-year-old reality star came face to face with former Bachelorettes and ex-girlfriendsAndi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe — in a highly uncomfortable chat.

“Well this is awkward for everyone but me,” Kimmel said at the top of the segment — cuing uncomfortable laughter from the panel.

Dorfman agreed. “This is so awkward,” she said, laughing. “This is weird.”

Viall was quick to thank his reality TV exes for not picking him at the end of their respective seasons. “You’re welcome,” each replied, with laughter, “and thank YOU.”

It isn’t the first time the three have reunited.

“We’ve run into each other. We’re friends… we’re friendly,” Viall explained — adding that the three were guests at the January 2016 wedding of Bachelor in Paradise couple Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert.

That’s where Viall had a one night stand with Jade’s maid of honor Liz — who happened to show up as contestant on Monday’s Bachelor premiere.

“I was the single girl,” said Dorfman. “And they were all, like, up on the bridesmaids and apparently the maid of honor! … It was an interesting morning after.”

While Viall didn’t remember which room he and Liz went back to after the wedding — he did recognize her immediately when she appeared on the show.

“I recognized her right away,” Viall admitted. “At that point, I think 14 other women had shown up. She gets out of the limo and I’m like, ‘That’s Liz.’ She walks up and kind of just has this grin — but didn’t say anything. I’m thinking, on the off chance that I am wrong, I didn’t want to be like, ‘Hey, nice to see you again!’ and have her say, ‘Nope, not me.’ So I was like ‘Okay, I’m pretty sure this is Liz,’ and she just went with the whole, like, ‘I’m gonna see if he knows me,’ which I was a little caught off guard by.”

“I didn’t know what to do!” he added.

The conversation soon moved to 24-year-old Bachelor contestant Corinne — the first of the contestants to kiss Viall and the first in this history of the franchise to admit she still has a nanny.

“While I certainly appreciate the potential red flags of a grown woman having a nanny, I also thought to myself — ‘Huh, what are the benefits?’ Viall joked. “If this works out, do I also get the nanny?’

As for the kiss?

“I like a woman who knows what she wants,” said Viall.

Kimmel then gave his picks for the final four — Corrine, Rachel, Danielle L., and the lady he thought would be the winner: Vanessa.

“I think if they brought their A game and their D cups,” Bristowe joked. “They’re in.”

The Bachelor airs Mondays (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.
