Nicholas Brendon is seeking help after being arrested four times in one year.

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum is checking into a 90-day treatment program “to fix myself and to understand the traumas of my mind,” he announced Saturday on Facebook.

“I love and appreciate you all so much,” he added in the message to his fans. “Again thank you for having my back. Life is worth living for let’s f—ing live it!!”

Brendon, 44, was charged with criminal mischief, obstruction of breathing and robbery in the third degree earlier this month following an alleged domestic altercation with his girlfriend in Saratoga Springs, New York. He entered rehab in June for depression and substance abuse after being arrested in South Carolina in May and in Florida in February and March for trashing hotel rooms and public intoxication.
