"I love you all so much and I truly do appreciate all of your love and support," the actor tells his fans
Nicholas Brendon is on the road to recovery.
The former Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Criminal Minds star has checked himself into a Florida center for 90 days to treat depression, he announced Monday night on Facebook.
“I love you all so much and I truly do appreciate all of your love and support,” he said in a final message to fans. “We’re going to beat this.”
Brendon, 44, recently revealed that he has “had failed attempts at suicide” and has been in a dark place over the past three years.
Brendon was arrested four times in 2015, the latest earlier this month after an alleged domestic altercation with his girlfriend in Saratoga Springs, New York. He entered rehab in June for depression and substance abuse after being arrested in South Carolina in May and in Florida in February and March for trashing hotel rooms and public intoxication.
