Whitney Way Thore is on a mission to get healthy again – but she’s not sure if her former personal trainer Will is going to be on board.

“I am really nervous to meet up with Will and ask him if he will train me again,” Thore says in an exclusive clip from Wednesday’s episode of My Big Fat Fabulous Life. “I have visions of walking in to see him and him not talking to me, or asking me to leave.”

Instead, Will greets his former client with a warm hug – but he doesn’t mince words when he sees she hasn’t stuck with a fitness regimen.

“Let’s be clear about a couple of things, Whitney. I’m kind of disappointed at how all the things we worked for, all the accomplishments we made, you just kind of devalued them,” he says.

Thore, 32, reveals that a recent health scare led her to want to get back on track.

“I actually passed out a couple of weeks ago, and I went to the emergency room,” she tells Will. “They found that my heart rate was at 120, even resting.”

Thore successfully lost weight while training with Will two years ago, but has since gained the weight back – and more.

“The first time I came to you, I lost 100 lbs. in eight months,” she says. “That was a pretty big deal, but the weight started coming back. Then within a year it’s all back, a year-and-a-half later I’m 50 lbs. heavier than I was to begin with. We did have a lot of great success, and it totally changed my life, and you know that.”

“When we worked together and I lost that weight, you know how hard I worked,” she continues. “I want to just know, will you take me back?”

My Big Fat Fabulous Life airs Wednesdays (9 p.m. ET.) on TLC.
