Chris Pratt‘s acceptance speech at this weekend’s 2016 MTV Movie Awards – for best action performance, in Jurassic World – name-checked a lot of action stars.

But it looks like he saved the best name for last.

After paying homage to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Jackie Chan, Liam Neeson and more, Pratt, 36, said, “Of course, my wife, Anna Faris.”

Our son was destined to be tough, but thanks to you he will be smart, too,” he said.

The couple, who have been married for more than six years, have worked to not lose track of their own relationship amid the competing demands of work and family and fame.

As Pratt told PEOPLE in July, “It’s just as important, if not more important, to focus on your relationship with your partner because your children are going to leave one day [and] you have to maintain a relationship that’s going to outlast your child’s needs for you.”

“I have the support of a strong partner who’s been through this and understands it and whom I can share these experiences with,” Pratt told PEOPLE. “And we have a family that we’re starting that’s the focus of my attention.”

The 2016 MTV Movie Awards will air Sunday (8 p.m. ET) on MTV.
