If Sabrina Spellman had a chance to go under the Sorting Hat, her Hogwarts home would be no question, says her portrayer, Melissa Joan Hart.

“Gryffindor is the one the good kids go to,” she tells PEOPLE Now. “Sabrina would probably be Gryffindor.”

In fact, Hart imagines that the fictional sorceress – the main character in 1996-2003 series Sabrina, the Teenage Witch – would have been close with Harry Potter‘s female heroine.

“She’d be best friends with Hermione for sure,” says Hart, 40. “I think so.”

Hart, however, wouldn’t be chanting “Go, go Gryffindor!”

She reveals, “I would love to be in Slytherin, I mean that’s the most fun one right?”
