The cubicles are alive with the sound of music.

Joey Fatone and Melanie Brown both hail from pop music super groups. They’ve both starred on Broadway in the musical Rent. And they’ve both competed on Dancing with the Stars. Now they’ll be working together to find undiscovered musical talent — in the office.

On TLC’s The Singing Office, Fatone and Brown will surprise unsuspecting employees in workplaces across the country by showing up and holding impromptu auditions, the Associated Press reports. They’ll pick five of the most musically talented coworkers and put them together as a singing group and give them professional training before they compete in front of a studio audience.

“It’s not like American Idol or Dancing With the Stars,” said Brown. “It’s not a serious competition. It gives a break from their everyday lives to have some fun with their co-workers.”
