'Married at First Sight' : See the Season 5 Wedding Portraits — and a Shocking Supertease!

PEOPLE has an exclusive First Look at season 5 before we see which singles get hitched on Thursday night's premiere

These pictures are truly worth a thousand words.

Before Married at First Sight returns Thursday on Lifetime, PEOPLE has your First Look at the three couples hoping to find happily ever after on the newest season of Kinetic Content’s hit show.

First up? Ashley Petta, a 30-year-old restaurant manager, and Anthony D’Amico, a 33-year-old sales and marketing professional. Petta’s last serious relationship ended because her boyfriend wasn’t ready to settle down, but her new husband, Detroit native D’Amico, is completely ready for marriage and kids.

Towering over his new bride, Cody Knapek, a 26-year-old entrepreneur, and Danielle DeGroot, a 30-year-old dietician, are cute as can be on their wedding day. DeGroot hopes her husband is someone who can fill a more “masculine role” in their marriage, but only time will tell — several weeks, actually — if these two can make it further than just down the aisle.

And finally, Sheila Downs, a 31-year-old director of operations for a local school, and Nate Duhon, a 26-year-old business manager, are hoping to find their forever love. Snuggling up in their wedding portraits, the new spouses look like they’ve been together for years. The duo have their religious values in common, but will Duhon be the “equal” Downs is looking for?

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at season 5, the couples show off plenty of PDA after exchanging vows, but tears and fighting quickly enter the picture as the newlyweds navigate through the ups and downs of marriage.

“I’m just over this. I don’t want to do this with you. I don’t. I don’t want to eat with you. I don’t want to do any of this with you,” Downs tells her husband in an especially emotional moment.
