Entertainment TV Exclusive: Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia Are 'Scared' and 'Overwhelmed' New Parents in 'This Is Us' Sneak Peek This Is Us airs Tuesdays (9 p.m. ET) on NBC By Natalie Stone Published on October 10, 2016 12:00 PM Share Tweet Pin Email This Is Us audiences, your week-long wait is nearly over. On Tuesday’s upcoming episode, new parents Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) realize just how much their worlds will change when they bring three newborns home. In a PEOPLE exclusive sneak peek, audiences are taken back to the hospital after the new parents agree to adopt an abandoned baby after they lost one of their triplets during birth. As the parents stare down at their three bundles of joy, Dr. K (Gerald McRaney) attempts to settle their nerves. “This is the scariest part. Some people think the scariest part is coming to the hospital to have a baby. Nah. The scariest part is leaving the hospital with the baby.” “Babies,” Rebecca (Moore) corrects him. After gazing down at his three infants, new father Jack (Ventimiglia) can’t contain his excitement and reveals to Dr. K that he and his wife named each of their children with the first initial “K” in honor of the doctor. “Kevin, Kate and Kyle. All Ks,” Jack tells Dr. K. “It’s a good letter,” the doc responds. “We had a good doctor. Right Bec?” Jack asks his wife. Rebecca is clearly processing the change that lies before her: “I’m sorry. I’m just a little overwhelmed. Thank you very much for everything.” But the revelation of names begs the question: When and why does Randall (Sterling K. Brown) decide to change his name in the series? This Is Us airs Tuesdays (9 p.m. ET) on NBC.
