When your dad is music mega-producer David Foster, childhood comes with some very A-list perks.

Erin and Sara Foster, who star in Barely Famous, a new comedy series that takes playful aim at Hollywood and reality TV, grew up having “wild weekends” at their dad’s Los Angeles home, where visits from music legends were commonplace.

“I remember one day [our dad] was like, ‘You guys might want to come over after school,'” recalls Sara. “[He said], ‘There’s going to be someone you want to see in the studio. And it was Madonna!’ “

Adds Erin, “I will never forget this. I tried to copy one of her outfits. I wore a blue satin button-up shirt because she wore that at one of the awards shows. I tried to recreate the look so when she would see me she’d think, ‘Oh you’re really cool!’ ”

No such luck. “She was not impressed!” says Sara. “She was like, “What are these kids doing here?’ ”

Says Erin: “She wanted nothing to do with us.”

Barely Famous premieres March 18 on VH1.
