Andy Samberg and Jon Hamm Reimagine Famous Characters (Including the Starbucks Siren!) with 'Billy on the Street'

Lupita Nyong'o also joined in on the fun — dressed as the "NBC peacock"!

Billy Eichner has taken to the streets to get people excited about a few sensationalized “reboots” he has in the works.

In a PEOPLE exclusive sneak peek, Billy on the Street‘s Eichner goes all over New York City with Andy Samberg dressed as MySpace founder Tom Anderson’s iconic social media profile and the fishing boy in the DreamWorks logo. The pair manage to confuse and intimidate passerby with their raucous romp through the streets.

Among other highlights, viewers meet the Starbucks siren, Blake Lively‘s “assistant,” the Princess Diana commemorative Beanie Baby and the Spotify logo.

As Eichner approaches one concerned citizen, the man tells him, “Move on, and control yourself.”

Later in the clip, Jon Hamm, who previously joined Eichner in an episode, also helps reimagine famous characters.

“Marvel and Hallmark are teaming up to create,” Eichner starts as Hamm finishes the introduction, “Dr. Strange, Medicine Woman. … It’s about an English lady that lives in the Old West and also learns mystic Asian spellcasting.”

Hamm then proceeds to trade his medicine woman costume for a black top hat, monocle and a red coat as he is introduced as the dandy mascot from The New Yorker.

“Take me seriously! I get very upset if you don’t,” Hamm says in reference to his character’s catchphrase.

Soon after, Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o joins the team as the peacock in the iconic NBC logo.

“I’m the NBC peacock. I’ll kill you,” she says when asked for her catchphrase. And after getting a less-than-enthusiastic review from a man on the street, she suggests another: “We just found out about Chicago four years ago and we’re very into it.”

Billy on the Street airs Tuesdays (10:30 p.m. ET) on truTV.
