RHONY's LuAnn de Lesseps Loved Amy Schumer's Skit: 'Spoofing Is the Biggest Form of Flattery'
Judd Apatow, Amy Schumer and Bill Hader re-enacted RHONY
Who says the RHONY girls can’t laugh at themselves?
On Tuesday, Trainwreck director Judd Apatow played LuAnn de Lesseps in a RHONY skit on Watch What Happens Live.
But what does the real Countess think of Apatow’s portrayal?
“I thought it was funny. I think that spoofing is the biggest form of flattery, so it was really fun and I loved it. It made me laugh. Anything that makes me laugh, I love,” de Lesseps, 50, told PEOPLE on Wednesday at the Sushi Roxx Grand Opening in New York.
Joining Apatow were Amy Schumer as a tipsy Sonja Morgan and Bill Hader as a sassy Bethenny Frankel. Together, the Trainwreck trio re-enacted a recent fight in Turks and Caicos.
On Wednesday morning, de Lesseps Tweeted:
Her only critique? Apatow’s accent was too Jersey!
