'Little Women: LA' 's Christy Hospitalized after Vicious Brawl with Terra: 'They Hate Each Other and Always Have,' Source Says

The Little Women: LA stars are getting feisty!

This weekend, Christy McGinity Gibel and Terra Jolé – two of the Lifetime show’s cast members – got into a brawl while filming the reality series. (TMZ was the first to report the news.)

The fight went down at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California, where the ladies went to line-dance. An onlooker tells PEOPLE that after sitting down for some drinks, McGinity Gibel and Jolé, 35, “got into a screaming match,” seemingly because Jolé felt McGinity Gibel was spreading rumors and lies about her their costars.

“They cursed each other out,” the onlooker explains. “Terra threw her drink at Christy’s face and then the table erupted. The other girls scrambled to get away from the table, as the fight between Terra and Christy escalated to glasses being thrown at each other.”

“Terra’s glass did strike Christy on the back of the head, but not enough for it to be serious,” the observer adds.

A source confirms the tense relationship between the two women, telling PEOPLE: “They hate each other and always have and things have gotten worse over the years.”

According to TMZ, producers had McGinity Gibel taken to urgent care, and she later checked herself into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Little Women: LA season 4 premieres Jan. 27 at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
