When it came time for Zach Roloff to finally tie the knot with his longtime love, Tori Patton, there was only one real choice for the venue: his parents' bucolic farm in Hillsboro, Oregon. But the couple wanted to be sure the wedding stood out from the venue. "We wanted the farm to be the decoration and not to overwhelm it," Tori told PEOPLE. "It was all very natural; the bridesmaids even picked out their own dresses," added Zach.

The bride, a teacher, had all eyes on her in a Leanne Marshall gown, but both Tori and Zach admit that they were a little nervous about saying their "I dos" in front of nearly 200 guests (not to mention the cameras). "Neither of us likes being the center of attention," Zach told PEOPLE. "We're not spotlight kind of people. But we were, in that moment together," he said, referring to seeing Tori walk down the aisle. "It was just perfect."

Tori's Bernese Mountain Dog, Sully, made an appearance at the family-focused ceremony, and Roloff's brother, Jeremy, served as best man (his siblings Molly and Jacob were also in the bridal party). The 12-person crew (along with 33 other guests) enjoyed a home-cooked meal from Zach's mother Amy the night before the wedding: "She cooked for 45 people. That was a big task for her," said Zach.

During the reception, guests feasted on comfort foods like bourbon-glazed meatballs and honey lime fruit salad – "We wanted food the whole family would like," said Zach – before enjoying a poppy-seed cake with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache.

Though the event went off without a hitch (despite some rain early on), Zach revealed that there was one part of the day he was stressed about: the first dance. "Anyone who follows the show knows I don't dance. I don't do that. I'm shy," he told PEOPLE. "It ended up being a fantastic moment, just looking into Tori's eyes and dancing. Everything else went away." Added Tori, "It was like we [were] the only two people there. It was just Zach and me."
