The country quartet will join The Voice this season as battle round advisers for Blake Shelton, adding to the show’s already impressive list of mentors, NBC announced Thursday – and PEOPLE has the exclusive first photo! Stevie Nicks is set to help Adam Levine seek his third win, and Gavin Rossdale is assigned to wife Gwen Stefani in her Voice debut. The adviser for fellow first-time coach Pharrell Williams has yet to be announced. Little Big Town (Phillip Sweet, Kimberly Schlapman, Jimi Westbrook and Karen Fairchild) has been making waves in Nashville with the hit single "Day Drinking" from the group’s upcoming album Pain Killer, which will be released Oct. 21. The band certainly have a lot to live up to: Shelton’s team has come out on top for three seasons, producing rising country stars like Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery.
