Lindsay Lohan Decides to 'Ambush' Her Beach Club Employees — and Catches Them Drinking on the Job

On next week's episode of Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club, the VIP hosts find themselves in the doghouse once again

Don’t mess with the boss.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at next week’s episode of Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club (now airing Mondays on MTV), Lindsay Lohan decides to “ambush” her team of VIP hosts while they’re supposed to be promoting Lohan Beach House around town.

“I like to test people,” she says. “Especially when they’re working in Mykonos for the first time.”

And test them she certainly does.

“Lindsay comes out of nowhere and it really puts everybody on the spot,” Sara says. “I feel like I’m going to throw up right now.”

“We’re supposed to promote the bar, but honestly, we’re drunk and terrified,” Mike adds. “Absolutely terrified.”

Lohan, 32, wastes no time calling them out.

“You’re drinking. You guys are supposed to be promoting,” she says. “What the f— happened? If you mess s— up, then I’m f—ed. Guys, at the end of the day, no matter what happens, it’s my name. And then we’re all screwed.”

Lohan then turns to face Jules, a former model and another one of the VIP hosts, and suggests that maybe she’s a better fit for the modeling world. When Jules protests, Lohan cuts her off.

“Don’t speak over me, because I’m your boss,” she warns.

“I don’t feel good about the situation,” Jules admits later. “I just feel like me and her haven’t had that one-on-one yet. I was trying to speak up, and she shut me down immediately. I don’t think I’m going to have my moment with her. I’m not. She won’t let me.”

Later, Lohan explains her reasoning for being upset with her employees.

“They shouldn’t be scared that I’m ambushing them, but they’re sitting, getting drunk, and not doing their job,” she says. “This is a problem for me, because I expect them to be promoting Lohan Beach House, and they should be telling people about it. They should be working, not drinking.”
