Turns out, stripping down in front of a group of people is always nerve-racking – even when you look as good as Lea Michele.

During an appearance on Monday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the Scream Queens star opened up getting naked for her Women’s Health U.K.’s Naked issue cover this month.

“Now, what possessed you to do this?” asked host Ellen DeGeneres. “Did the stylist not show up, or what happened?”

“It was a very quick fitting, I will say that,” said Michele, 30, with a laugh. “No, I’d seen Chrissy Teigen‘s cover last year and I thought it was really cool. I just turned 30, so I figured: Why not? I feel in pretty good shape.”

And while Michele said she’s “pretty comfortable being naked” around others, the experience was still “strange.”

“I feel like everyone there was more nervous than I was,” she recalled of the shoot. “They were like: ‘Okay, do you need the air at a certain temperature and the music and we’ll all clear around?’ And I was like: ‘I’m fine!’ ”

“It wasn’t until 30 minutes later I was just standing next to this guy I’d never met before stark naked,” she continued. “And I was like: ‘This is the most exciting my life has been in a little while!’ ”

Michele also confirmed that she is currently single following her split from Robert Buckley in July after a few months of dating.

Quipping that Michele is “single and alone and desperate and lonely,” DeGeneres decided to play a game of “Who’d You Rather?” with the actress.

“Do I get like a phone number or something at the end of this?” asked Michele.

“Yes, depending on who you choose, it’s going to be your boyfriend,” said DeGeneres.

The game consisted of DeGeneres pulling up two pictures of male celebrities on a screen and having Michele choose between them, narrowing it down until she found her “perfect soulmate,” explained the host.

Up first? John Stamos vs. Taylor Lautner – two of Michele’s Scream Queens costars.

“My friends! Um, let’s see,” said Michele. “I love them both, obviously, and they’re so handsome. Stamos is probably a little on the older side for me – but I love you, John – so I’m going to go with Taylor.”

“He gave me a lap dance the other day and it was great,” added Michele nonchalantly of Lautner, 24.

Up next, Lautner went head-to-head with Nick Jonas.

“Well, Nick played my brother on the show so it’s confusing to me in my head but okay, I’ll go with Nick,” decided Michele. “Sorry Taylor, I love you!”

Prince Harry then prevailed over Jonas (“I’ve got to pick a prince, I want to be a princess!”) and also over Harry Styles (“I can’t compete with Kendall Jenner!”).

Michael B. Jordan was then thrown into the mix, dethroning Prince Harry. Jordan also won over Bachelor in Paradise‘s Jared Haibon, Bruno Mars and Tom Hiddleston. (“He’s got too much going on,” said Michele of Hiddleston. “I can’t get with that. It’s a lot.”)

Up next? Jordan vs. Scott Eastwood.

“I can’t get both?” joked Michele, before deciding to stick with Jordan.

Jordan went on to win over Blake Griffin and Justin Bieber – but Calvin Harris finally bumped Jordan out of the running.

“I feel like he’s been through a lot lately!” said Michele of her decision. Harris won over Leonardo DiCaprio and Jared Leto, but ultimately he couldn’t compete with Zac Efron.

“Give me Zac Efron any day,” said Michele. “Still though, if Michael B. Jordan wants to call me, he totally can.”
