"I love myself, flaws and all," said the actress

Lea Michele is baring it all, both physically and emotionally.

The former Glee star stripped down for Women’s Health U.K.‘s Naked issue, revealing a tattoo dedicated to her late boyfriend Cory Monteith.

The dainty tattoo is inked across Michele’s derriére and reads “Finn,” the name of Monteith’s character on the musical TV show on which they both starred, in script lettering.

Michele previously showed off a tattoo of the number five, a nod to the jersey number worn by Finn Hudson on Glee.

Although the 29-year-old actress suffered the unexpected loss of her longtime boyfriend in 2013, Michele tells the magazine that she’s doing well.

“Right now, I feel physically in my best shape, and emotionally in my best place,” she said. “I’m not perfect. I’m not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all.”

But her self-described “banging” body doesn’t come without hard work.

Michele reveals that although she is “not the kind of person who would go to the gym,” she found a fun atmosphere mixed with a killer workout in SoulCycle spinning classes.

“For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing, I’m glowing and I feel like I can take on the world,” she said.

The Scream Queens actress also keeps herself fit by only bringing healthy foods into the kitchen.

“I keep my home almost completely gluten free and vegan, which I think is important because when you reach for a snack at home, then you’re getting something healthy,” she shared.

But that doesn’t mean she can’t treat herself occasionally.

Although fast food is off the menu completely, Michele admits that she’s happy to splurge on a meal of pizza or pasta on occasion.

“Look, everyone can do whatever they want, this is just what I do,” Michele explained.
