Lamar Odom Enjoys Another Night Out at Strip Club in N.Y.C. After Reported Airplane Incident

Odom shopped at men's clothing store in Queens Tuesday before hitting up a strip club later that evening

Despite being reportedly escorted off a plane at LAX Tuesday, Lamar Odom ended up making it to New York City.

The former NBA star was spotted Tuesday in Queens. A representative from men’s clothing store Sports in Effect confirms to PEOPLE Odom was at the store yesterday with a few of his friends.

“He was very pleasant, he looked fine,” said the rep. “He purchased a few things, said ‘Thank you’ and left. There were a lot of fans taking pictures with him.”

Odom wore a Lakers hat and a Nike zip-up sweater and appeared in good spirits, posing and smiling with fans.

Fans also captured video of Odom hanging out with friends and fans on a basketball court in the evening.

Later that night, Odom stopped by Mia Sushi & Steakhouse.

Odom went on to hit up CityScapes Gentlemen’s Club in Queens. The strip club’s owner took to Instagram to share a picture of himself with the former basketball star.

“@lamarodom big shout out for visiting a regular dude,” he wrote.

The outings come amid the news that Odom, who has been in recovery from a near-fatal overdose since October, was reportedly escorted off an overnight plane from Los Angeles en route to New York City Monday. According to TMZ, Odom threw up both in the galley and in the plane bathroom. Representatives for Delta had no comment when reached by PEOPLE, and the LAX police department had not received a report of the incident.

A source told PEOPLE on Tuesday that Odom’s estranged wife Khloé Kardashian is “is frustrated because she knows there is nothing she can do,” and the star also took to Twitter to seemingly address the recent incident.

“Stay in your f—ing lane little girl,” Kardashian tweeted at a fan who criticized her, saying she should be “helping” her husband. “You know nothing about anything. You’re a sheep herded by society.”
