Is there another health scandal brewing in Bravo’s biggest franchise?

In the supertease for season 6 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills released exclusively on PEOPLE last week, the ladies seemed to doubt Yolanda Foster‘s 2012 Lyme disease diagnosis, even mentioning Munchausen syndrome, a mental disorder in which someone falsely believes he or she is physically ill.

“They like to prey on the weak. You’re sick, so let’s go after you,” pal Brandi Glanville tells Foster, 51, in the trailer.

“You have some balls, tell me you said it!” the mom to models Bella and Gigi Hadid demands in another scene.

Costar Kyle Richards addressed the plot line in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that aired Thursday.

“A lot of the things she’s gone through and the treatments she’s done, for some of the cast members they were questioning exactly what she was doing and exactly how sick she was. It was not a good situation,” she said. “Some things came up that made some of the Housewives question exactly what was really going on.”

RHOBH

returns Dec. 1 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
