When two Housewives worlds collided, Erika Girardi‘s singing career became the collateral damage.
On a visit to Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel‘s Hamptons home, the Skinny Girl mogul gave her uncensored opinion of the Beverly Hills newcomer’s provocative music video – and both ladies have since shared their side of the tense moment on social media.
But Kyle Richards insists “all is good now” between her longtime friend and costar.
“They moved past that,” Richards, 47, told PEOPLE on Thursday night at the SculpSure launch event in N.Y.C. “Bethenny actually liked her. I know some people were offended by her unsolicited advice, but Bethenny was like, ‘This girl’s cool, I dig her.’ She apologized.”
As viewers saw on this week’s episode, Frankel, 45, did say sorry to the 44-year-old dance music queen.
Richards also offered an update on sister Kim Richards, who left the show after relapsing with her alcoholism last season.
Though the sisters remain estranged on the episodes airing, Richards said Kim is “in a great place. She just moved into a new house, and she’s doing great and she’s happy.”
“I was really hurt by that because it’s really hard doing a show like this obviously, and you really have to fight to keep your relationships in tact,” Richards explained. “But I just felt like it was really insensitive of her. I’ve been a good friend to her, and I’ve tried to keep her issues with my sister separate, and I just didn’t think it was nice, and I think obviously if my sister’s going through a hard time, it was unnecessary to say something like that.”
But Rinna, 52, reached out to patch things up: “She said, ‘There’s no excuse, and I’m so sorry that I spoke like that, and it was wrong.’ So I appreciate her apology.”
RHOBH airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
