Kristin Cavallari doesn’t believe in vaccinations – for her children, anyway.

The former reality starlet was considerably more restrained than Jenny McCarthy while defending her own anti-vaccination stance to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live Tuesday.

“I’m just a mom. I’m trying to make the best decision for my kid,” she said. “There are very scary statistics out there regarding what is in vaccines We feel like we’re making the best decision for our kids.”

Cohen’s question was spurred by a Fox interview Thursday in which Cavallari admitted to not vaccinating her kids to a disbelieving Lisa Kennedy, who had jokingly mentioned Jenny McCarthy’s decision not to vaccinate her children.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, no scientific study has found a link between vaccines and autism.

Cavallari is expecting her second son with husband Jay Cutler in May.
