Kris Jenner’s daily morning routine could make even the most caffeinated of early birds exhausted.

The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch, 63, broke down how she kick-starts her day in a chat with daughter Kourtney Kardashian for the star’s new lifestyle website, Poosh.

While Kourtney explained that she makes it through her busy schedule by focusing only on the next task ahead instead of the big picture, Kris said she’s more of a planner and likes to hit the ground running.

“Like our entire family, we prepare for a very long day. Like, I’ll get up at 4:30 or 5 in the morning and jump up, have coffee, check my emails real quick, hop on the treadmill, turn on the news, get caught up with what’s going on,” she said.

“So I feel like I’ve done my cardio, I’m prepared mentally and emotionally and physically to go tackle a day. Be informed about what’s going on in the world, be informed about what’s going on with my kids. I do a lot of that and that takes… If I can be on that treadmill for 45 minutes to an hour, it’s golden. Do a few weights, hop off, shower, plan, film.”

Jenner not only serves as “momager” for all of her children’s careers, but she was also the driving force behind the family’s rise to fame on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, now in its 16th season on E!

The reality star said maintaining a routine each day is extremely important to her — as is her end-of-day “wine down.”

“I think as human beings, we thrive on routine. I think that routines are very important for people to have some kind of thing, a ritual, they either do it at the beginning of the day …” she said. “It’s also very important … to be able to have a wind down. And mine is a wine down.”

Jenner later clarified her drink of choice after Kourtney chimed in to say it was actually more of a “vodka down.”

Her grind was recently highlighted in a New York Times article that featured her jetting off to a photo shoot for daughter Kylie at 10:30 a.m., having already sat through four meetings that morning.

“It’s definitely a grind and isn’t for the weary,” she told the Times of filming KUWTK. “People don’t know how much work goes into it.”

Jenner also revealed her motto to her eldest daughter: “If somebody says no, you’re talking to the wrong person.”

The interview was the very first one shared to Poosh, the website that Kourtney, 38, launched on Tuesday.

“I decided to launch Poosh because I felt that there was something missing in the healthy lifestyle space,” she wrote. “Healthy living gets a bad wrap [sic]; it’s as though if you care about what you put in – or on – your body, then you’re not sexy or cool. But this just isn’t true, and Poosh is here to prove just that.”

The site has several different sections, including Health and Wellness, Home and Entertaining, Life and Style, and a section on Kourtney’s life that includes travel diaries and details about raising her three children.

“Think of us as a really good friend…but way less judgy,” the site reads.

“Poosh” is the nickname for her daughter Penelope, 6, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick.
