I feel like every day is different, but we’re totally getting along. We have three beautiful kids together,” Kardashian says in a sneak peek from Monday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show. “But you know, he’s family. He’ll always be.” Kardashian, 36, and Disick, 32, split in July – after nine years together and welcoming sons Mason, 6, and Reign, 1, and daughter Penelope, 4 – when he was photographed partying with another woman. He’s since completed rehab, but footage airing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians chronicles a darker period post-breakup. In last week’s episode, a distraught Disick called Khloé Kardashian and seemed suicidal. “My life is officially over,” he said. “I just want it over.” KUWTK airs Sunday at 9 p.m. ET, and Ellen airs Monday (check local listings).
