Kourtney Kardashian: Kim Is 'Not Doing Great' After Robbery, But 'We'll Get Through It Together'
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star gave an update on her sister's well-being to Australia's TODAY Extra
During a video interview with Australia’s TODAY Extra on Wednesday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took a brief pause in speaking with co-hosts David Campbell and Sonia Kruger — she cited a “bad connection” — before she gave an update on how both her sister and family are holding up.
“She’s not doing great. I think we’re all really still shaken up and I just — you know, I think she has a big supportive family and I know that all the traumatic things that we’ve been through, we get through them together as a family. And that’s what family’s all about,” Kardashian, 37, said.
This is the first update that the mother of three has given about Kardashian West, 35, since her sister was bound, gagged and robbed of nearly $11 million worth of jewelry in her No Address Hotel room by five masked men during Paris Fashion Week.
STORY BEHIND THE STORY: The Aftermath of the Robbery of Kim Kardashian
During a visit to the The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Khloé Kardashian told the host that Kardashian West is “not doing that well” and added “I mean, it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support and it will take time. You know, it was horrible what happened to her.”
Matriarch Kris Jenner also shared a touching message one week after the scary incident involving her second oldest daughter. “Every morning is a reminder of how blessed we are. Today I am grateful for my family, who I love more than words can explain. Count your blessings, be grateful always, and cherish every moment you spend with your loved ones,” she penned in a social media post.
