Kardashian, 36, brought son Mason, 5, and daughter Penelope, 3, to spend a few hours with their dad at Cliffside Malibu on Sunday, a source tells PEOPLE. Though baby boy Reign, 10 months, stayed home, Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner and Disick’s friends tagged along.
“Scott and Kourtney had some friendly interaction, but Scott mostly focused on the kids,” the source says. “You could tell that he was very happy to see them. He looks much healthier.”
Disick, 32, checked into the luxury center last month, marking his fourth stint in rehab. He and Kardashian ended their nine-year relationship in July after he was photographed partying hard and cozying up to another woman in Monte Carlo, France.
Still, Kardashian’s presence Sunday isn’t a sign that the couple is reconciling, another source tells PEOPLE.
“Kourtney has no plans to take Scott back. He is doing well in rehab, and Kourtney is happy that he is finally being serious about his sobriety,” the source says. “She is pleased that he is taking care of himself for the kids’ sake – that he cares enough about the kids to finally deal with his problems. Kourtney will continue to be supportive as long as Scott stay in rehab. There are talks about at least 90 days.”
The split will be shown on season 11 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which premieres Nov. 15 on E!
“I f—– up,” Disick, crying, tells Kardashian in a teaser. “I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life.”
