On Wednesday, Kardashian took the couple’s children – Mason Dash, 5, and Reign Aston, 6 months – and several family members to the Happiest Place on Earth to celebrate Penelope’s birthday, but Disick, 32, was across the county in Boca Raton, Florida, after being spotted in Miami earlier this week.
In fact, Disick invited people to “come party with me this Friday in Vegas” on Twitter Tuesday night, although he appears to have taken down the accompanying Instagram post.
The following day, Disick appeared to be dreaming up a gift for himself on Penelope’s birthday – posting a photo of a sleek vintage convertible on Instagram with the caption “Need this asap”
Before flying to Florida, Disick, 32, had been partying in Monte Carlo with L.A.-based stylist Chloe Bartoli. Photos of the pair getting cozy surfaced just prior to Disick and Kardashian’s breakup.

“He wouldn’t go home, even though people told him to go home to [Kourtney] and his family,” the source says in this week’s issue of the magazine. “Things were already very tense between him and Kourtney.”
“Happy 3rd Birthday to my little angel girl Penelope!!!!!! You are my ray of sunshine, who gives the best hugs and the sweetest kisses… I love you so much and thank God he has blessed us with YOU!!!! #loveofmylife #dollbaby #exactlylikeyourmother #couldyougetanycuter?!”
Sources tell PEOPLE Kardashian, who has been leaning on her sisters, has put her children first as Disick’s issues with alcohol have continued.
“She was over dealing with his constant lies and addictions,” says a Kardashian source. “It was becoming a poor environment for the kids to be raised in, and she refused to let that be the case.”
