Kim Zolciak-Biermann made an emotional return to Dancing With the Stars after being forced to leave due to health concerns.

For Tuesday’s finale night, the Bravo-lebrity reteamed with dance pro partner Tony Dovolani to perform their I Dream of Jeannie-themed Samba – the same dance she was supposed to perform before being hospitalized for a mini stroke.

After successfully executing the Latin dance in the ballroom, the mother of six broke down in happy tears during an off-camera moment later shared as an Instagram clip.

“Crazy moment, like for real, I’m so blessed to be here,” cried Zolciak-Biermann while still dressed in her headpiece and costume.

Three weeks into Dancing‘s season 21, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star was forced to drop out of the competition after suffering a mini stroke on Sept. 23. Zolciak-Biermann underwent heart surgery a few days later.

And perhaps another reason for her tears was because she missed her twins Kaia and Kane’s first birthday back in Atlanta.
