Kim Zolciak-Biermann says there’s one big change coming in Don’t Be Tardy‘s fourth season.

“This year is definitely different than the last three because I’m not pregnant, and I’m not giving birth to a child,” the mom of six tells PEOPLE.

“I’m more carefree and feel my best right now,” she says. “I’m done having children, and I’m not breastfeeding.”

And now that her twins Kane and Kaia – who turn 2 in November – are getting older, Zolciak-Biermann says life is getting easier.

“They don’t need my undivided attention and breastfeeding,” she says. “I’ve been breastfeeding for three last three seasons, and it was really demanding. This year I felt like I was able to be free and enjoy life and my kids.”

And even meal time is becoming a breeze: “I don’t have to pack food and the diaper bag. I can just go through the McDonald’s drive through. It’s easier, they can eat people food now which saves me a lot of hassle.”

But when it comes to being the boss of the Zolciak-Biermann household, the baby girl of the family holds the title.

“Kaia is a feisty little thing with her three brothers. She’ll take their toys, and they will give it up,” she says. “She definitely runs the show here for sure.”
