The Real Housewives of Beverly HillsKim Richards is no longer facing an arrest warrant for allegedly skipping her court-ordered alcohol anonymous meetings.

A judge issued the warrant for the 51-year-old reality star, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, but revoked it Friday after a rep for Richards showed up in court.

The judge initially said Richards had not shown proof she has been going to the AA meetings she was ordered to attend as a result of a public intoxication arrest last April in Beverly Hills, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. TMZ first reported the news.

Authorities claimed that Richards never turned in documentation proving that she is attending the classes ordered under her plea deal in the incident.

As part of the deal, Richards received three years of summary probation, 30 days of community labor, was ordered to attend 52 weeks of AA meetings and to stay away from the Beverly Hills hotel where she was arrested.

Prosecutors said police were called to the hotel’s Polo Lounge on April 16 after Richards allegedly refused to leave. She was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery after she allegedly kicked a police officer.

Shortly after the incident, Richards admitted her struggles with alcoholism and entered rehab.

Last month, nearly a year after her arrest, Richards told PEOPLE that she is “in a very good place” and looking toward a healthy future.

“I’m sorry for people I’ve let down,” she said. “But my concern is to myself and to my children, first and foremost.

“I don’t beat myself up because it makes it worse. I have to own it and accept it and move on.”

Richards did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
