In a sneak peek at Sunday’s all-new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian West drops quite the baby bombshell on her family. A voiceover teases that someone in the family has “baby fever” and pans over sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner before zeroing in on Kim. “So I’ve come to the conclusion,” she says, turning to momager Kris Jenner, “that I just want to explore surrogacy.” As for Kris? Shortly after the reality star gave birth to Saint last December, a source close to the family told PEOPLE the couple likely wouldn’t have any more children. “The plan now is not to have any more kids and Kim is okay with that,” said the insider, noting that after Kim’s two high-risk pregnancies due to numerous complications, “doctors have advised that [trying for another] could be dangerous.” “Things can always change, but she and Kanye are totally happy with just North and Saint,” added the source.
