Being a grown-up isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

Or so Kylie Jenner finds out from older sisters Kim and Khloé Kardashian in a sneak preview of Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Kylie reportedly purchased a $2.7 million mansion in February, and, in the clip, her sisters try to teach her about all of the responsibilities that come with being a homeowner.

Kim looks at a checklist as she tells Kylie that “there’s things that you need to think about.”

“Yeah, you need to take notes,” Khloé chimes in.

Kim starts with earthquake insurance – “We live in California, that is a must” – before Khloé ticks flood and fire insurance off her fingers.

“Homeowners association fees … could be like a thousand bucks a month!” Kim says.

As they continue listing the precautions Kylie will need to take (earthquake-proofing wall decorations, installing rattlesnake fencing, finding “a really good gardener,” setting up electricity), the 17-year-old goes from being somewhat amused to visibly overwhelmed.

“Kim and Khloé have made me aware that it’s a little tough to own a home and I really hope I’m not in over my head,” Kylie says in a separate interview.

Kim hands Kylie her list and says momager Kris Jenner isn’t going to do it all for her.

“There’s a lot more we can add, but I think it’s really important that you start to do those things and realize the responsibilities of having a house,” Kim says.

Kylie might be starting to regret her vow to move out “the second” she turns 18 in August.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
