After rallying around Lamar Odom during his health crisis, Khloé Kardashian‘s sisters resumed their busy schedules Tuesday.

Kim Kardashian West, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner all went back to work in the fashion world as Khloé, 31, remains at her estranged husband’s beside at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Kim, 35, and husband Kanye West co-hosted the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. The event supports up-and-coming designers and was attended by A-listers like Anna Wintour and Reese Witherspoon.

Meanwhile, the Jenner girls took the East Coast by storm, flying into New York on Monday night for Tuesday’s Balmain x H&M runway presentation. Supermodel Kendall, 19, walked the catwalk to open the show in slouchy black pants and tunic decorated with gold beads and pearls. Kylie, 18, attended the launch in thigh-high boots and an embroidered mini-dress.

Odom, 35, was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last week with cocaine and opiates in his system. The former basketball star, who battled addiction throughout his life, slipped into a four-day coma at a Las Vegas hospital before waking up and being transferred to L.A.

“This is exactly what she feared,” a source close to Khloé tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue. “Everyone is hoping that this will be a reality check for him.”

The Kardashians’ and Jenners’ popular websites and apps went dark during Odom’s grimmest days, but Khloé returned online Tuesday to thank her ex’s doctors and supporters.

“You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure,” she wrote.
