Kim Kardashian West is doling out the tough love on this week’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

On Sunday’s episode, Kris Jenner talks about staging an intervention for Rob to help him get his life back together. However, Kim, 34, isn’t having it, saying that the family just needs to “back off.”

“Everyone licks Rob’s ass and does whatever he says,” Kim tells her mother, evoking a mental image we’d rather not dwell on. “It’s just like, at some point you just have to give it up. We all make his life so easy. ‘Okay, we’ll drive you around with a chauffeur so no one has to look at you,’ ” she added, referencing Rob’s reclusiveness ever since his weight gain.

Kim goes on to say that the family had both a chef and a trainer on standby for her brother, but that it’s become “pathetic. We’re not gonna cater to him anymore, but it has to be all of us.”

However, Kris, 59, points out that Rob’s issues may be something that he “can’t help,” but Kim is not convinced: “No. He’s still competent to where he can ask for help if he needs it.”

Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
