Khloé Kardashian has revealed one of her workout secrets – take the stairs!
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star shared a photo of her working a StairMaster at the gym, captioning the photo “No elevators in the gym. Must. Climb. Stairs. (Or ladders).”
She also thanked her trainer Gunnar Peterson, who previously opened up to PEOPLE about training the star, 31, describing her as dedicated to fitness.
The Kardashian clan is known for their famously toned booties, and Khloé is no exception. Kardashian recently returned to the gym after taking a two-month break following estranged husband Lamar Odom‘s health crisis.
