The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has dropped about 40 lbs. on her weight loss journey

Well, she’s not Kim Kardashian West‘s body idol for nothing!

On Wednesday, Khloé Kardashian took to Snapchat to document her workout session – and let’s just say it’s intense.

First, she shared a video of herself getting ready to hit the gym: “About to go work out for the day,” said the reality star, 32, showing off her toned stomach in leggings and a sports bra. “Trying to get my little abs together!”

In the next video, Khloé revealed where she purchases her sauna suit – a garment designed to make the wearer sweat.

“I keep getting asked where I buy these sauna suits from – I get them from any sporting goods store, and basically they insulate the heat so they make you sweat double-time,” she explained.

Khloé, who has worked hard to lose around 40 lbs., also shared videos of herself doing squat jumps on a stair master and lifting weights, revealing her ultra-toned arms, back and booty.

Most recently, Khloé’s sister Kim, 35, told PEOPLE her younger sister is a major source of fitness inspiration.

“She does these workouts with these sauna suits underneath,” Kim said. “And she’s just … I’ve never seen someone so focused.”

“I saw her naked two days ago changing,” Kim added. “And I was, ‘Oh, my God. You are my body icon.’ She’s never been more on fire.”
