Khloé Kardashian shared an illustration of a woman crying to her Instagram story

Khloé Kardashian is getting emotional amid her very public drama with Tristan Thompson.

After news broke that Kardashian’s boyfriend allegedly cheated on her with Kylie Jenner‘s best friend, model Jordyn Woods, Kardashian, 34, shared a series of emotional quotes to Instagram on Thursday morning.

“The worst pain is getting hurt by a person you explained your pain to,” the first quote read.

Another slide read, “Somebody needs to hear this…That betrayal was your blessing.”

A final quote posted to Kardashian’s Instagram said, “If they ask you about me, tell them, ‘She was the only person that loved me with honesty, and I broke her.’ ”

She also shared an illustration of a woman crying.

Currently, Kardashian still follows Thompson on Instagram, but the most recent picture of him on her feed is from April 9, 2018 — just before the first round of cheating allegations against the 27-year-old surfaced in early April.

Kardashian has not yet deleted a photo of Woods that she posted on her page in August 2017.

On Tuesday, TMZ and Hollywood Unlocked reported that Kardashian and the Cleveland Cavaliers player split after he was unfaithful to her with Woods, who is also a member of the Good American squad, representing Kardashian’s clothing brand.

Within an hour of the reports, the NBA star issued an apparent denial, writing “FAKE NEWS” in all caps before deleting the tweet.

Previously living at Kylie’s home, Woods is now “moving back to her mom’s house,” one insider said. “It’s been a difficult time and she’s broken up about it. She’s heading home to be with her mom.”

A source told PEOPLE that the Kardashians found out about the scandal Monday.

“The whole family is furious,” the source said. “They were blindsided.”

Reps for Kardashian and Thompson have not returned PEOPLE’s requests for comment. Woods’ rep had no comment.
