Khloé Kardashian is still planning on ending her marriage to Lamar Odom, she revealed Wednesday.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was tweeting about the Houston Rockets defeating the Portland Trail Blazers 108-103 in overtime when two users criticized her for dating Rockets shooting guard James Harden while she’s legally Odom’s wife.

“You can’t be with harden and still be married fam, gotta chose one,” one man tweeted.

“For better or worse sickness and health till death do them part . I’m with you she needs to pick one or the ou,” a woman added.

“Divorce is still going forward. Doesn’t mean I won’t be there through sickness and health. I’ve proven that,” Kardashian shot back.

Following a whirlwind, month-long courtship, Kardashian, 31, and Odom, 36, wed in 2009. After he cheated on her and relapsed with his drug problems, she filed for divorce in 2013. The proceedings stalled when Odom wouldn’t sign the papers – which both stars finally did in July. But everything changed Oct. 13, when Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. Kardashian rushed to be by his side and asked a judge to dismiss their divorce petition so they could focus on his recovery together.

“It’s not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now,” she told PEOPLE exclusively. “It’s not anything sexual or intimate. I want to be his support system. Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it’s the same, except I’m here supporting him fully.”

In her tweets Wednesday, she also reminded fans that Odom is the spouse who was unfaithful, not her.

“You should have said those to the man who went against all our vows,” she said. “Judge yourself. F— off.”

Later in the night, Kardashian admitted she was feeling feistier than usual because she’s sick: “I think the painkillers I’m on and tweeting is probably not the best thing.”
