Khloé Kardashian Returns to the Gym After Two-Month Break
After a hectic two months, Kardashian is ready to be back in the gym
Khloé Kardashian is ready to get back to her old self.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is back to hitting the gym after a two-month break brought on by what she described on Instagram as “a slew of reasons.”
Kardashian, 31, was spotted in Los Angeles on Wednesday as she headed into a workout in an all-black ensemble, including black leggings, a form-fitting black top and a cropped black Nike jacket.
The reality star’s recently chopped hair was straight and she appear fresh-faced as she carried water and a backpack into the workout facility.

Kardashian recently admitted to noticing some body changes during her hiatus from the gym.
Over the weekend, the youngest of the Kardashian sisters shared an old workout photo on Instagram, telling her followers that she “needs the gym.”
“This picture was taken on September 27th. Not that long ago, right?!?!” Kardashian captioned the photo in which she shows off her toned tummy. “I have not worked out since the beginning of October due to a slew of reasons. It’s crazy, how just in that short amount of time how your body can change.”
She added: “I NEED the gym in my life!!! Lol My mind and body don’t respond well without the gym!! Not feeling cute right now but still cuter than most #Bloooop #GotToGetItBack.”
Kardashian’s time off from the gym was for good reason.
A week after being hospitalized in Nevada, Odom was moved to a hospital in Los Angeles where Kardashian held vigil by his side as his condition slowly improved.
Just a few weeks ago, Kardashian’s own health was compromised when she contracted a staph infection, which prevented her from visiting Odom in the hospital and also forced her to cancel book signings until the infection cleared.
Kardashian was subsequently quarantined for a short period while the infection healed, but kept in touch with fans through social media.
