Kendra Wilkinson and husband Hank Baskett‘s road to repairing their marriage has been a bumpy one.

In an exclusive sneak peek at Friday’s episode of Kendra on Top, the couple drives to an intimacy retreat in yet another attempt to patch things up after Hank’s cheating scandal.

When Wilkinson says she feels bad that they’re leaving their kids (Hank IV, 5, and Alijah, 17 months), Baskett responds, “We’re leaving the kids now so we’re together with them the rest of their life.”

Wilkinson, 30, and Baskett, 33, also discuss the possibility that this retreat, like couples therapy and their stint on Marriage Boot Camp, may not solve their problems.

“It’s like, what do we have after this?” Wilkinson wonders. “We can’t just do all this work and not apply it to our lives.”

She continues in a separate interview: “I already know what my and Hank’s problems are, but I just don’t know how to solve them. If this intimacy retreat doesn’t work out – God forbid – I don’t know what I would do next.”
