When Hank Baskett was accused of cheating on wife Kendra Wilkinson, he left the household to keep Hank IV out of the watchful eyes of the paparazzi while Wilkinson, 29, questioned whether she could even trust her husband.

On the next WatchIt with Kendra and Hank, when the couple react to and relive the most dramatic scenes from Kendra on Top‘s turbulent third season, we’ll see the moment that Wilkinson realized she was totally “independent” from her husband – and how difficult that was.

With so much going on in the former Playboy Playmate’s life at the time, her epiphany came as epiphanies often do – with the metaphorical straw that broke the camel’s back.

In an exclusive clip obtained by PEOPLE, Wilkinson watches herself struggle with baby Alijah’s stroller and has to pause the show to tell her husband that that was the moment she “finally felt that, wow, I’m independent. I don’t have I mean, you went to every single doctor’s appointment, you were there every single day,” she said, adding that it was the first time she ever thought, “What the f— do I do?”

Despite their troubles at the time of taping Kendra on Top‘s third season, however, the couple appear to be back on track. They appeared at the premiere of Dead Rising: Watchtower in Los Angeles on March 11 looking as happy and as in love as they did before Baskett’s alleged cheating made headlines.
