Kelly Osbourne is not holding back about her feelings toward former Fashion Police co-host Giuliana Rancic.

“I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don’t,” Osbourne, 30, told TheWrap at the 4th Annual NYX Face Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday. “I don’t think she’s a good person and I think she’s a liar.”

Osbourne’s comments come six months after she publicly chided Rancic, 41, for a comment Rancic made on-air about singer/actress Zendaya‘s dreadlocks at the Oscars.

Rancic’s crack that Zendaya looked like she smelled of “weed” and “patchouli” created a wave of controversy that Osbourne weighed in on via Twitter, threatening to quit the show.

Osbourne’s departure from Fashion Police was confirmed a few days later. Shortly afterward, co-host Kathy Griffin also announced she was leaving the show, and the network put Fashion Policeon hiatus until September.

Osbourne said Saturday that she wants the “show to go on” but it was just her time “to move on.”

When asked if she would ever consider returning to Fashion Police, she said, “If certain people weren’t there.”

The British TV personality experienced her own racial scandal after she made a disparaging comment about the Latino community on The View on Aug. 4.

“If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?” Osbourne said while trying to make a point about the presidential hopeful.

Osbourne later took to social media to apologize for the gaffe, admitting that she had “whole-hearted[ly] f—ed up.”
