Kylie Jenner is one entrepreneurial 17-year-old. With a fashion line, a line of hair extensions and even an upcoming mobile game with sister Kendall, she’s about as enterprising and independent as a teenager can be.

Still, she is a teenager – and what mom says, goes.

In a sneak peek at the upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, matriarch Kris bemoans the lack of quality time she’s been able to spend with her youngest daughter and asks that she join her on a road trip so that they can “have a little bonding moment.”

With their destination two hours away from home, Kris thinks that the elimination of distractions will force them to “get back to normal.”

Of course, the two-hour drive is exactly what Kylie wants to avoid: “[That] doesn’t really get me excited,” she deadpans to her mother, adding that she’ll “think about it.”

That’s when Kris drops the hammer. “I’m your mom, and I’m telling you now that I want you to go with me to San Diego, and you don’t have a choice. So, pack your bags.”

Forcing a teenager to spend time with a parent … should go well.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays (9 p.m. ET) on E!.
