Case is a writer-producer. “They’re both doing okay,” added the source of Walsh and Case. The Bad Judge star, 47, divorced Alex Young in 2008. She then dated film executive Neil Young, and the duo later split after over a year together. Though the Grey’s Anatomy alum kept mostly mum about her relationship with Case, she mentioned him on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show in April when talking about her cats. “My boyfriend’s highly allergic. I mean, you don’t want to bring up the previous boyfriend, like, ‘Well, for Neil it wasn’t a problem ‘ ” she quipped. She also revealed that she and Case were developing an animated series called “Cat Stories,” joking, “Finally, we’ll put those cats to work!”
