It’s been 13 years since Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob‘s father passed away.

On Friday, the three sisters took to their respective websites and apps to share a special tribute video for their father, the late Robert Kardashian.

“Our dad passed away 13 years ago today and we miss him every single day but today we wanted to share with you a glimpse of who he was,” their message began. “It was hard to find footage of our dad since he loved to film us and was always behind the camera but here’s a little look into who he was to us…”

Prior to Robert’s anniversary, his only son opened up about the emotional bond they shared.

“I had a really close bond with my dad. I was only with him for 15 years,” Rob told PEOPLE. “That’s why I’m looking forward to having that long-term bond with my child and being funny and goofy like my dad was.”

Robert died Sept. 30, 2009 from cancer. He was 59 and is survived by ex-wife Kris Jenner and their four children.
